“Before working with Wafa, I was in a vicious cycle of burnout. Juggling both a growing business and new role at a start up that left me exhausted, yet not recognising when to stop. It was a cyclical “merry-go-round” that I accumulated as a high achiever throughout my corporate career and that I had to finally address to give myself and my clients the best.
