Why do I offer health & wellness coaching?

As an investment banker, I wanted it ALL.

I wanted to build a successful finance career and also have a life. In my free time, I loved working out for hours, organizing my apartment, making new friends, shopping, and learning new skills.

So I went ALL IN.

I spent my weekends meal prepping, my mornings getting ready for work, my lunch breaks listening to books, and my evenings at the gym. I even hired a sports coach to help me reach my fitness goals. This routine was perfect for a few weeks. I felt confident, energetic, and happy, and that showed in my work.

But then REALITY HIT.

When the deal flow picked up at work, my to-do list became longer. I kept trying to be healthy but my health habits didn’t last long. I hated being stuck behind a desk for years and essentially choosing between my health and my career.

So, I made a choice.

I was tired of “starting over“ again and again. So, I quit my role to put myself first again. It has transformed my life in every way. Since I've helped professionals establish healthier routines so they don't have to quit on themselves.

You’ll start the RYS coaching experience with a mindset detox getting rid of the ideas and beliefs that sabotage your well-being, and replacing them with a healthy high-performance mindset.

2 I REBUILD

You’ll rebuild the foundations of your busy lifestyle habits on healthier grounds by learning the fundamentals of the 3 pillars of wellbeing: emotional, relationship, and physical health.

3 I REDESIGN

We’ll help you leverage your newfound knowledge to strategically redesign your old unhealthy and unfulfilling routines into recharging rituals that promote your health, your well-being, and your career goals.

4 I REIGN

You’ll take the reigns of your routines through a leadership-infused attitude. You’ll learn how to implement, manage, track, & readjust your routines like busy leaders so you can confidently stay on top of your health & wellbeing in the long run.

PRIVATE COACHING PROGRAM

  • 1/ Your coaching experience includes:

    • 12 strategic private coaching sessions with me (3 per month, 55 minutes each).

    • + 30 resources on wellbeing to help you rebuild your routines on healthier foundations (+997$ value).

    • Unlimited support by email, or messages with me within business hours (Monday -Friday 9–5 pm EST).

    • Special rates on exclusive career & wellness workshops to connect with like-minded professionals.

  • 2/ Logistics:

    • Commitment: 4-month coaching program minimum. After that, month-to-month basis if needed.

    • Language: Private Coachings are in English or French based on your personal preference.

  • 3/ Bonuses:

    • Access to select career materials (from the RYS I HEALTHY CAREER TRANSITIONS program) on topics such as (relationships at work, personal branding, and more) to help you advance your career and enjoy your work-life even more (over 497$ in value).
